North Weston Concept Plan is found in the Territory Plan. Cycling is not mentioned all that often in the Territory Plan. In the North Weston Concept Plan, cycling is not mentioned at all.

Upon examination of the North Weston Concept Plan (18 December 2015) from the Territory Plan (accessed 14 June 2021), no references of cycling, bicycles or active travel could be found.
From a planning perspective, the concept plan would be best updated to active travel as required in the Territory Plan. We will not get active travel infrastructure unless we plan for it.
